Biography

Sarchel Necésio Francisco Seraponzo is an Angolan entrepreneur, communicator and strategist with around 20 years of experience in digital communication, entrepreneurship and the creative industries. He is the founder and CEO of Grupo Platina Line, one of Angola's leading digital ecosystems for communication, information, entertainment and culture, having contributed to transforming the national media landscape and expanding digital platforms. Throughout his career he has stood out for developing communication, audiovisual production, live broadcasting and digital innovation initiatives, helping modernise and democratise access to information. His projects include Live no Kubico, created during the pandemic in partnership with TPA, which delivered more than 150 shows for the Angolan public. His path also includes business ventures in communication, entertainment, audiovisual production and digital technologies, as well as involvement in entrepreneurship and youth development projects. As Executive Director and Partner of DARCI IA Angola, he contributes to the organisation's strategic vision, institutional development, corporate communication and business expansion, connecting technological innovation, digital transformation and development opportunities in Angola.
